Refund Policy

1. Cancel anytime, no partial refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals, but does not refund the current billing period: you keep full access to the Service until the end of the period you already paid for, and your plan will not renew afterwards. We do not offer partial or pro-rata refunds for unused time within a billing period, whether you cancel one day or one month before renewal.
2. EU 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital service purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason. This right does not apply once you have started using a paid service with your explicit consent and acknowledgment that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal — which Paddle's checkout will ask you to confirm before completing a paid purchase.
In practice, because every new account already includes a full 14-day free trial before any payment is taken, most users will have already explored the Service before paying anything. If you believe you are entitled to a withdrawal refund under this Section, contact us at info@manabit.ai and we will review your request in line with applicable law.
3. Paddle as Merchant of Record
Subscription payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller of record for your purchase and may, at its own discretion and independently of this policy, issue refunds for reasons such as suspected fraud, duplicate charges, or payment errors, in line with its own buyer terms.
4. How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription from your account settings inside the app. If you have trouble cancelling, contact info@manabit.ai and we will process the cancellation for you.

For any question about a charge, invoice, or this policy, reach us at info@manabit.ai. For payment method or invoice-specific issues, Paddle's own support may also be able to help directly, since they process the transaction.
